| Every year a Gallery Exhibit provides an opportunity for state juried members of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen to exhibit their one-of-a-kind work in a gallery setting. The four day exhibit is held in conjunction with the Annual State Craft Fair at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, in the second floor gallery located directly over the show floor.
For this event, the Reading-Berks Chapter sponsors the Wib Lauter Award, in the amount of $200, for the best traditional work in the exhibit. The award is in commemoration of a past member of our chapter, an internationally known tinsmith. In 1998, the recipient was Deb Roberson, for her exquisitely woven cradle. |
