Meeting Date Changes:

December 4th:  Holiday Social at Yellow House Hotel,  Open Cash Bar at 6 PM, Dinner at 6:30 PM.   You must have pre-paid to join the dinner portion of the evening.   No General Meeting.

January 8th:  General Meeting at the GoggleWorks at 7 PM.   Please note that this is the 2nd Tuesday of the month.   Our general meetings are usually on the 1st Tuesday, which is New Year’s Day!

Holiday Show:

Hello to all from the Show committee,

Judy and I want to thank all who had any part in this years Holiday Show.

Next year’s show will be held either the last weekend of October or the First weekend in November.  We are sorry for not having a solid date for our 70th Holiday Show.  The Holiday Show wraps around Kutztown University Football playoffs and Homecoming Dates.

We are sorry to have to confirm that there will not be a Spring Show in 2019.

Please keep checking our website for the application and the dates for our 70th Holiday Juried Fine Arts and Crafts Show.

Show Gate:

There was an error in the reporting on the Saturday gate data for our 2018 Holiday Show.  The gate income and number of attendees to the show on Saturday, 3 November 2018 was very similar to the data for the Saturday of the 2017 show, and not a significant increase.

Both shows had very good Saturday attendance and gate income.

The data collected is accurate, an error in the comparison was made.

We regret the error was made.

Standards:

The next jury session is scheduled for Tues, March 12 at the Goggleworks. Members who have belonged to our chapter for a minimum of 3 months are eligible to present their work for jurying. The room will be open at 6:30, and jurying will begin at 7:00. Check the board at the entrance of the Goggleworks for the room #.
