Eligibility: Current full/part-time Student at a College, University or Local High School. ****Student must have only their own work displayed.**** Students must participate both days.
Fees: There is no charge for students to participate. You DO NEED TO APPLY to reserve your space.
Display Information: Students are provided with an approximately 8 ft. x 8 ft. space to set-up, Chairs, 3ft. x 8ft. table, table coverings and electricity are provided at request. Covered backdrops for hanging items are provided at request.
Demonstrations: Students are welcome to demonstrate their craft.
Awards: All students are eligible for cash awards.
Student Registration & Setup: Registration and Setup Friday, 2PM – 6 PM, Student will be assigned space at this time. Doors will open at 7 AM on Saturday and 9 AM on Sunday for participants. Breakdown: Sunday at 3 PM , no exceptions.
Volunteers: This show is produced by volunteerism. Participants contribute their time and experience to produce this show. **Your contribution is greatly appreciated and needed.** Please indicate that you are interested in volunteering on the application. You will be contacted by our Volunteer Coordinator.
Promotional Materials: Promotional materials are available for you to distribute.
